Carolina Recreation Riding Group

Events & Activities

Events & Activities

CRRG does not have its own facility,  therefore it has the ability to hire appropriate facilities per event which also means we are not restricted.

Every month from March thru November the Group will host a riding activity, previously decided by its members in January.  Details will be published on the calendar.

Additional charges apply per event depending on activity.

Although not every activity will suit every member, hopefully there will be a least a few you can attend.   Here are some examples:

Horsemanship Training Clinic with Joyce Lewis

Learn basic exercises to gain trust, respect and control of your horse which will benefit you both through every day riding, activities and help you deal with anything you may meet on the trail.

For more information on Joyce Lewis visit: www.safehorsetraining.com

Trail Rides:  Organized trail rides, go off in groups, couples or on your own.  Be back at a certain time for socializing and cook-out.  At least one ride per year will be sponsored for a chosen charity.  Below is a map locating a few places to ride.
